what our clients think

Amazing!

“All I can say is AMAZING!! Such lovely workers and they did an unreal job on my car. It looked brand new! Unfortunately I was hit at night, pretty bad damage to my car. They got the parts quickly, painted it beautifully and organised a car for me to use. Just all round amazing service. Would highlight recommend!!”

Professionalism, Quality, Value

“By far the best panel beaters. Brent is a good guy and gave a very fair price compared to some of the other quotes I received. Quality of workmanship is excellent and they even cleaned the inside of my car which I was not expecting at all. Great experience throughout the whole process. 100% recommend these guys.”

Stress Free!

“The catch on my passenger fell off at work. My first thought as a single mumwas about how I would get to work without a car for several days and secondly how I was going to pay for it.I needn’t have worried, despite being busy they fitted me I then and there. Not only did they put the catch back on in less time than it takes to drink a coffee but they adjusted my door to stop the problem happening again. And without breaking the bank! Thank you!”

Our Process is the Secret…

The secret to our success is that, whether your vehicle is an insurance claim or a private job, the quality repair process is the same.

  • Customer contacts Cameron Panelbeaters by phone, email, online form or in-person visit.
  • One of our team assesses damage in order to prepare a quote.
  • Customer’s details are taken and customer contact insurance company for claim number.
  • Customer provides claim number.
  • We price the parts and labour before completing the quote and submitting it to the insurance company.
  • Insurance company sends approval to proceed with the repair – this can take three – five working days.
  • Customer is booked in and parts are ordered.
  • The repairs are carried out – once begun, this usually takes around five days depending on extent of damage.
  • When repairs are complete, vehicle goes to the paint shop for the refinishing process.
  • The finished/painted parts are assembled and final checks carried out.
  • The vehicle is groomed and made ready for the customer to collect.
