09
How long will my repair take?
Everyone asks this. Of course, the time a repair takes depends on the extent of the damage and the complexity of the repair. Most repairs take around five days.
Remember, however, some of the processes we use take time. That time is difficult to reduce without compromising the finished quality. Please be assured, we know how important your vehicle is to you and will endeavour to have it back, with a quality repair, as soon as possible.
10
Do you clean my car after repairs?
Actually, we clean it before the repair! All vehicles are pre-washed before repairing to reduce contaminants that may be carried through the process and affect the repaint or other aspects of the work.
At the completion of the job, we wash and clean your vehicle so that, when you pick it up, it looks A1 again.
11
I failed my WoF because of rust. Can you help me?
Yes. Most rust damage can be repaired. However, with older cars, the cost of the repair can sometimes be greater than the value of the car.
The best thing you can do is bring the car in for us to assess. We will give you a quote on the cost to repair and you can decide if you would like us to go ahead.
12
What should I do if I’m in an accident?
If you have an accident, make sure you get the other party’s details and determine who is at fault.
Contact your insurance company immediately. If possible, drive your vehicle to us. If your vehicle is not drivable, contact us and we can arrange a tow truck.
If you are not insured, contact us for a repair quote.
